How to Connect & Get Feedback Report.

Step 1 : Install the Application.

Open Chrome and go to Website merafeedback.comTap on Button Get StartedTap the Hotspot button to start the app download.Open the downloaded app file to INSTALLApp icon will show on your screen.

Step 2 : Connect the Mobile to Feedback Machine.

Open your mobile’s Wi-Fi settings. Select the “Feedback Machine” Wi-Fi.Enter the Wi-Fi password.A pop-up will appear — select Always connected.

Step 3 : Access Feedback Report.

The Wi-Fi icon will display “Connected.” “Connected without internet” is also normal.Open the Feedback app and enter your device ID.Press the Submit button to view the feedback report instantly.
