How do I get started?

The initial setup is very simple, I. Open the charging case. II. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the case until the LED turns to a slow blue pulse. III. Select MINOR IV from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.

Do I need an app to use this product?

No, you can use Minor IV on its own, although the Marshall Bluetooth app gives you access to extra features, like adjusting your personal EQ settings and managing updates that keep your product up to date with our latest software.

How many devices can be paired and connected at the same time?

Minor IV can be connected to two devices at a time and remembers up to 8 previously paired devices. When in range, they will try to reconnect with the last connected device.

How do I recycle the product?

Please follow the instructions and recycle it as electronic waste.

Is there a way for me to control the volume using the earbuds?

Yes, long touch the right earbud to increase the volume. Long touch the left earbud to decrease the volume. You can switch sides if you’d like via the Marshall Bluetooth app.
