How to Cook Jvapa Rice Sheets !!

These Sheets are superr easy to use once you get the hang of it, but you have to be just a little bit careful at first.

Dip the rice sheet in water for only a couple seconds. Spread the water evenly and make sure the sheet isn’t too wet.

Put the Filling of your choice.

Note – The sheet needs to be firm and not too soft while you put in the filling, because it will soften till you are done with the filling.

Roll the sheets from all sides tightly and carefully.

You can also repeat the above steps and add another layer of Rice Sheet to your Spring roll/Dumplings if the first roll isn’t firm enough.

For Frying,

We recommend stir frying the rolls/dumplings. However, you can also follow the 40-60 rule.

Stir Fry till its 40% done, then let it cool down and Deep Fry the remaining 60% till its golden brown and crisp.

For Fresh/Steam,

You can eat the sheets fresh directly after rolling as well, with a complementary dipping sauce. OR You can Steam them, carefully keeping them separate so they don’t stick together.
