EASY TO COOK:
Boil water in large pot. Remove from heat.
Add Blue Elephant Rice Noodles, let stand for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Soak until noodles are soft but firm.
Drain well and immediately toss with your favourite dishes.
